- assistance in receiving and delivering correspondence, archivation of documents;
- assistance in electronic documents management within FTS Headquarters and subordinate tax authorities;
- control over record-keeping office activity;
- welfare support of FTS personnel;
- asset management, building maintenance, capital construction.
