Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, Dmitry Volvach, held a videoconference with the Deputy Commissioner of the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the Philippines, Arnel Guballa.
During the meeting, Dmitry Volvach presented the main functionality of services developed and used in the FTS of Russia, including the VAT tax administration system, which makes it possible to conduct extended analytical work in relation to each taxpayer.
Colleagues from the tax administration of the Philippines expressed particular interest in the online cash register system, which allows for the operative transfer of information from cash registers to the tax authority.
Dmitry Volvach emphasized that the FTS of Russia welcomes the development of cooperation with foreign tax administrations, both in the form of consultations within working groups on the most topical issues of tax administration and by facilitating the modernization of the information and analytical systems of foreign partners.
Following the meeting, it was decided to continue the dialogue and to hold additional meetings for a more detailed discussion of cooperation.
