During the videoconference with representatives of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Marina Krasheninnikova, the Head of the Cooperative Compliance Directorate of the FTS of Russia, spoke about the development of this tax control instrument in the Russian Federation.

Many large companies have already experienced operational interaction with tax authorities within the system of cooperative compliance. Currently, 339 companies are subject to cooperative compliance. For six years, the number of participants has increased more than 50 times, and the largest taxpayers’ interest in this system continues to grow.

Representatives of the FTS of Russia also shared the experience of companies’ transition to direct interaction with the tax authorities. Now the FTS of Russia actively prepares for the integration of information systems of cooperative compliance participants with the Automated Information System Nalog-3. According to the order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia of December 23, 2021 (ED-7-23/1142@), the transition to expanded information interaction is planned for 2024.

"Currently, we are preparing for the third stage of testing of electronic services within the pilot project of the FTS of Russia on integration of information systems of cooperative compliance participants with the Automated Information System Nalog-3. Participants in this project can trial nine basic scenarios of information interaction with the support of specialists. This makes the transition to expanded information interaction more convenient and phased. After successful completion of the trial run and hardware setup, the organization is ready for the integration process," Marina Krasheninnikova emphasized.

Azerbaijani colleagues highly appreciated innovations and solutions for the development of digital administration in cooperative compliance.

The meeting was held within the framework of cooperation between the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including in accordance with the Action Plan for Development of Key Areas of Russian-Azerbaijani Cooperation for the period up to 2024, approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
