The Federal Tax Service of Russia held a seminar on HR policy for the delegation of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Federal Tax Service of Russia held a meeting with the representatives of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to exchange experience in the field of personnel work. During the meeting, Veronika Prishchepa, the Head of the Human Resources Development and Service Culture Directorate, reported about current trends in tax officials development and promotion. Such projects as “Make a career by yourself!” and “Commissioner’s Talent Pool” provided the employees with the opportunity to express themselves and their potential. These platforms have also proven their effectiveness in building horizontal connections and exchanging practical skills.

Sergey Tokarev, the Head of the Professional Development Directorate, demonstrated a modular advanced training program based on a "client-oriented" approach. The essence of the approach is that the employees will be offered the program depending on their own needs and level of knowledge.

The Head of the HR Directorate, Valery Sakharuk, presented on the procedures for conducting official inspections, anti-corruption measures, standards and requirements for employment in the state tax service, HR services and the unified digital HR platform of the FTS of Russia.

Representatives of the Uzbekistan delegation expressed gratitude for the assistance and exchange of experience on the issues of HR policy of the FTS of Russia. The interest of the representatives of the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is entailed by the large-scale reforms of state bodies that are currently taking place in the Republic. The aim of these reforms is to update the image and organization of the civil service, which is related to HR policy updates.
