A new organizational unit – Transfer Pricing and International Cooperation Directorate – has been created in the FTS of Russia.
The key tasks of the Directorate are:
- methodology and management of transfer pricing issues,
- estimation of domestic and foreign market processes within transfer pricing administration,
- estimation of tax consequences resulting from transfer pricing and identification of tax risks,
- improvement and automatization of transfer pricing administration approaches,
- expertise of international tax treaties,
- analysis of international tax administration practice,
- international cooperation and holding of international events.
In charge of the new Directorate is Mr.
Dmitry Volvach, former Head of the FTS of Russia Directorate for the Pskov Region.
