In 2010 the Russian Federation consolidated budget received 7.7 trillion RUB which was 22% more than in 2009 and only 3% less than in the pre-crisis year 2008.
In 2011 the growth trend has continued delivering into consolidated budget 4.8 trillion RUB in 2011 H1, up 27% from in 2010 H1.
